HOW TO PLACE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST?

We do not return or refund .

- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange is not applicable as the product shipped is an international shipment so pls check the dimensions and size of the product before confirming the order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 2-5 working days to dispatch and the tracking number is shared thru e mail and phone number provided.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
